Privacy Policy

PrismaticWorks ("we", "us") builds websites, mobile apps and AI agents for businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit prismaticworks.com, respond to our ads, or contact us on WhatsApp, email or social media, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, business name and the details of your project when you message us, fill in a form or talk to us.
• Messages: the content of WhatsApp, email or social media messages you send us.
• Advertising data: when you tap one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, Meta tells us basic results such as how many people saw or tapped the ad. We do not receive your Facebook password or private profile data.
• Website data: standard technical information such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies or analytics tools.

How we use it

• To reply to your questions and send quotes.
• To plan, build and support the project you hire us for.
• To understand which of our ads and pages work, and improve them.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run our business, for example Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), our email and hosting providers, and payment providers when you pay an invoice. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for up to 24 months, and project and billing records for as long as Indian law requires. After that we delete or anonymise them.

YouTube

Our own social media tool (PrismaticWorks Social) uses the YouTube API Services to upload our short videos to our own YouTube channel, read the view and like counts of those videos, and read and reply to comments left on our videos. It only works with the PrismaticWorks channel; it does not access anyone else's account.

• By commenting on our YouTube videos you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• What we store from YouTube: a public comment's text, the commenter's public channel name and ID, our reply, and our videos' view/like/comment counts. We use it only to reply to comments and to see which of our videos work best. We never sell it or share it with anyone.
• YouTube data is deleted from our systems within 30 days.
• You can ask us to delete your YouTube comment data at any time by emailing info@prismaticworks.com.
• The channel owner can remove our tool's access to YouTube at any time on the Google security settings page.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you messages. Email info@prismaticworks.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Data deletion

To have your data deleted, including anything we received through Facebook, Instagram, YouTube or WhatsApp, email info@prismaticworks.com with the subject "Delete my data" and the phone number or email you used with us. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
